On behalf of PwC, we are looking for an Transformation Lead for an initial 6 Month contract based in London.

This role will require flexibility for overseas travel as and when required.

The Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced Transformation Lead to join a high-profile SAP S/4HANA transformation project. This is a greenfield initiative, focused on selective data transformation from ECC to S/4 across the organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, defining system design, and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & System Design

  • Understand business requirements and pain points within manufacturing/EwM processes.
  • Translate requirements into system design and business processes.
  • Document processes and system configuration for implementation and testing.
  • Support client journey from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Project Leadership

  • Lead a team of 5-10 onshore and offshore resources, coordinating activities and priorities.
  • Collaborate with global PwC teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, and process validation.

Implementation & Deployment

  • Contribute to build, test, deploy, and cut-over activities for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Support selective data migration using SNP for high-risk transformations.
  • Ensure quality and completeness of configuration and data transfer.

Stakeholder Management & Travel

  • Engage with client teams regularly, including site visits to Norway, Ireland, and other locations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in manufacturing or Enterprise Work Management (EwM) processes.
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation experience desirable, including ECC to S/4 transformation.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes, system design, and testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading both onshore and offshore project teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel for client site visits.
