The Role
Seeking an experienced Key Art Design Director to lead and elevate our in-house creative studio, building a best-in-class Key Art capability within our in-house creative team. In this role, you will carry out the creative vision and quality bar for Key Art across our international content slate, partnering closely with our Executive Creative Director, Creative Ops Lead, as well as marketing, and production teams to deliver world-class campaign imagery that drives customer engagement and reflects the brand. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our internal creative capabilities and establishing the processes, standards, and talent pipeline needed to sustain a high-performing studio.

Basic Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior creative or design leadership role within entertainment, streaming, or a leading creative agency
  • Deep expertise in Key Art, campaign design, and visual storytelling for film, television, or streaming content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as presentation tools including Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Proven experience creating and overseeing campaigns leveraging traditional design tools and production workflows
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience directing photography and motion shoots, with a strong understanding of on-set creative direction and post-production workflows
  • Proven technological fluency including Generative AI tools, UX/UI principles, and working knowledge of HTML

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling an in-house creative studio within a large media, entertainment, or technology organisation
  • Track record of developing and mentoring creative talent, with experience in performance management and team development
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows and tools, including Frame.io and collaborative review platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing creative budgets and vendor relationships
  • A portfolio demonstrating a breadth of Key Art and campaign work across multiple content genres and formats
