Senior Business Change & Technical Delivery Lead Dropbox Google Drive Migration

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale migration from Dropbox to Google Drive. You'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, multi-team programme impacting the entire organisation.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience leading large-scale delivery/programme initiatives
  • Proven track record delivering cloud or content platform migrations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of data structures, permissions, and content governance
  • Experience managing business readiness, training, and adoption

  • Background in regulated or complex environments
