Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Rivers Capital Management and drive the growth of their tailored and Model Portfolio solutions across individual IFAs and adviser groups.

Rivers Capital Management is an asset management firm specialising in model portfolio services for independent financial advisers. With an outstanding track record spanning nearly a decade, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused professional to help expand our distribution, build strong relationships within the IFA community, and support the continued growth of our investment solutions.Why Join Rivers Capital Management?

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with IFAs and Wealth Managers through networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
• Promote Rivers Capital Management's model portfolio services, emphasising our market-leading performance and unique value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably selling to IFA groups and senior business owners.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation.
• Self motivated, ability to work independently while liaising remotely with the CEO and the investment team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
