This company is a Workflow & AI Orchestration Specialist. They're on a mission to modernise how public sector organisations manage casework, derive insight from data and deliver citizen services. They're growing fast and looking for bright, dynamic people to help build their business. Role They're looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. You'll support the delivery of client engagements - understanding business needs, mapping & modelling processes, evaluating technology choices - including agentic AI capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to the agentic AI and orchestration market whilst using these technologies to transform public services. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, developing your analytical, communication, and delivery skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The role involves visiting client sites; the company will cover travel expenses. Frequency is uncertain but candidates should be comfortable with that being 2-3 days per week. Client sites could be anywhere but will most likely be in & around London. Responsibilities Support discovery activities with clients, including workshops, interviews, and document reviews Capture and structure business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Map and model business workflows using modelling software and BPMN Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement or automation Support the development of capability demonstrators Support the testing and validation of solutions during delivery phases Maintain clear documentation and version control for deliverables Support client facing business development activity Essential Experience of working in Agile teams Experience of writing user stories and capturing requirements Experience of process mapping / modelling, preferably using BPMN Experience of digital transformation, case management Must be eligible and prepared to go through SC Security Clearance Desirable Exposure to business analysis, consulting, or technology delivery (internship or project work) Understanding of process mapping tools and BPMN Awareness of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Familiarity with workflow / orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda, Pega, Appian) Familiarity with different agentic AI capabilities Experience working in or with the UK public sector Holding UK security clearance (SC, DV, eDV) Other Stuff NB: Please only apply if you are a UK National and able to achieve SC (ideally DV) clearance. i.e. you have at least 5 years residency in the UK with no more than a 3 month break outside the UK.
