As a Hardware Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1st line, on-site IT support with a strong focus on hardware troubleshooting
• Diagnosing, repairing and replacing faulty PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals
• Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop hardware and telephony equipment
• Proactively maintaining systems through updates, audits and preventative checks
• Logging, tracking and resolving issues via a ticketing system

As a Hardware Support Technician, your experience will include:

• Proven experience in an IT support or desktop support role
• Strong hardware fault diagnosis and repair capability
• Working knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office
• Basic networking fundamentals and device connectivity troubleshooting
• A methodical, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
