Responsibilities

  • 1st line IT support
  • Investigating & troubleshooting IT problems
  • Logging calls within the ticketing software
  • Recording solutions within the system
  • Maximising the effectiveness of the system
  • Escalating tickets when necessary
  • Meeting targets & deadlines
  • Providing desktop support
