Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software functionality and performance
• Identify, document, and track bugs effectively using issue tracking tools such as Jira
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and establish testing strategies
• Perform comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to verify software quality
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency
• Ensure all quality standards are met prior to product releases, maintaining high levels of reliability
• Promote best QA practices and support continuous process improvements within the team
• Review technical documentation for accuracy and clarity to support testing activities

About you:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within a software development environment
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and testing tools
• Natural curiosity and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying issues and reproducing customer-reported bugs
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues effectively
