| Description: | Help Us Build Smarter, Better People Experiences Through Data We're now looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping how people data drives meaningful action across our business. The RoleThis is a critical position within our People team, focused on turning complex people data into clear, commercial insight. You'll own and optimise our people systems (including Sage People), lead our people analytics capability, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across People, Finance, Technology and Operations. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the technical detail and the so-what using data to proactively influence decisions, improve performance and strengthen our people strategy.
