D365 F&O Project Manager Hybrid - London (2 days per week) £70,000 - £80,000 We're partnering with a globally recognised consultancy that specialises in strategic, HR, financial, and procurement transformation. Following continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-scale D365 transformation programmes within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values innovation, delivery excellence, and career progression. The Opportunity As a D365 F&O Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end ERP projects, working closely with stakeholders, finance technology teams, and delivery specialists to drive successful implementations across a range of clients and industries. You'll play a key role in shaping delivery governance, managing multiple project streams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. What You'll Be Doing - Leading full life cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initiation through to delivery
- Coordinating finance technology resources and managing project priorities
- Running stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical technology solutions
- Managing project plans, RAID logs, status reports, sprint planning, and governance documentation
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and senior stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Managing DevOps activities, sprint allocation, and project timelines
- Providing clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned sessions and process enhancements
- Escalating issues proactively to ensure successful project outcomes
- Helping define and implement effective governance models across projects
What We're Looking For - Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of ERP delivery methodologies and project governance
- Agile project management certification(s)
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, LCS, and the wider D365 ecosystem
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience with D365 Finance & Operations processes is highly desirable
