Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an organised IT Asset Engineer to support the management of IT equipment and user setup across the business.

Responsibilities

• Set up laptops and phones for new starters
• Manage IT equipment for leavers
• Order and maintain stock of laptops, phones, and accessories
• Manage user permissions and access
• Carry out stock checks and maintain asset records
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting

Skills & Experience

• Experience in IT support or asset management
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with IT ticketing or asset systems desirable
• Full UK driving licence required

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
