Work in a fast-paced Trading environment
Provide deskside support for physical and virtualised environments for Global sites
Respond to calls and enquires from users in a timely manger
Deal with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line levels of support
Install and commission desktop systems and their routine upgrades
Investigate and resolve low impact problems within SLA's
Market data connectivity troubleshooting
What skills do you need to be a Trade Floor Support Analyst?
Several years of experience supporting Trading teams and offering VIP/White Glove Support
