Description:	Permanent Central London - Hybrid Excellent Salary + bonus & benefits We are seeking an experienced FinTech Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead a major technology transformation within a highly regulated environment. Technology is at the core of its future success, offering you the chance to: Define and deliver a next-generation, cloud-native platform Transform the organisation into a data and platform led business Balance innovation with strong regulatory and operational discipline Play a key role as a member of the Executive leadership team Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Job Type: Permanent Salary: Excellent Salary, Bonus & Benefits + Possibility of Equity Working Arrangement: Hybrid Office Location: Central London As Chief Technology Officer, you will: Define and execute a forward-looking technology and platform strategy Architect an API-first, modular, cloud-native ecosystem Lead and scale a high-performing engineering and data function Enable faster delivery, innovation and product led development Own the organisation's data strategy, establishing governance and platform capabilities Drive automation to replace manual and Legacy operational processes Lead integration programmes across internal and external platforms Oversee cybersecurity, resilience and service performance Ensure compliance within a highly regulated environment Explore emerging technologies, including digital and programmable infrastructure Manage technology vendors, budgets and long-term architecture alignment Build a modern, high-performing engineering culture with strong leadership capability You'll deliver: A resilient, scalable platform with industry-leading availability Improved delivery speed and engineering productivity Increased adoption of APIs and reusable platform capabilities Strong regulatory, audit and risk outcomes A highly engaged and scalable technology organisation Reduced operational risk through automation and improved processes A clearly defined and executing integration strategy Key requirements include: Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a complex, regulated environment Demonstrable delivery in a scale up/start up environment, understanding the pitfall and pressures involved An understand of and the ability to succeed in a PE backed firm Strong track record of building and scaling modern technology platforms Deep expertise across cloud infrastructure, data, cybersecurity and architecture Experience leading large-scale technology and platform transformation Strong understanding of governance, risk and executive level reporting Ability to translate technology strategy into tangible business outcomes Exposure to emerging technologies such as digital or tokenised platforms Experience working with complex operational or transactional systems Relevant cloud, architecture or security certifications Services offered by Computappoint Limited are those of an Employment Business and/or Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
