Your future duties and responsibilities As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you'll create, customise, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that help clients solve complex business challenges. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital transformation programmes. • Design and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions • Build custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and automations • Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate flows • Integrate systems using APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps • Support, troubleshoot, and optimise existing solutions • Facilitate client workshops and provide technical guidance • Contribute to innovation, proof of concepts, and presales activities • Create technical documentation and support knowledge sharing Required qualifications to be successful in this role You'll have hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience developing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Experience with D365 customisation including plugins, workflows, and JavaScript • Knowledge of PCF Controls and solution design best practices • Experience integrating systems using APIs and Azure services • Understanding of Azure Entra ID, App Registrations, and OAuth 2.0 • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or AI are beneficial • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio is advantageous Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
