Linux Support Engineer - Nvidia / GPU workload experience essential

Linux Support Engineer who can directly support key client workloads, carry out platform maintenance, upgrades and changes while monitoring systems, key metrics, triaging alerts and resolve incidents to maintain service availability. This engineer will also have the opportunity to contribute to the build and scaling of our internal operations and service desk functions.

Fully Remote in UK

Highlights:
- Manage day-to-day Infrastructure operations (monitoring, alert handling, maintenance). Nvidia/GPU workload experience essential.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure SLAs are met (Data Centre, Infrastructure Support, RMAs, Platform upgrades etc.)
- Provide technical expertise and contribute to the build out and configuration of our internal observability platform.
- Create and improve documentation around key operational activities.
- Identify and drive improvements in performance, stability, and security.

The successful candidate must have experience running Nvidia/GPU workloads in production, be comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
