Job description - the role

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a SAP Solution Architect for a 6 months (with potential extension) contract based in Hatfield (Hybrid - 3 times per week in the office).

Join us as a SAP Solution Architect

As SAP Solution Architect you will owns the end-to-end SAP solution design, translating business requirements into integrated process and system architecture while leading design workshops and aligning cross-functional decisions. This role is part of an enterprise transformation programme with a strong SAP focus, connected to Front Office transformation and integrating with other technologies.

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end SAP solution architecture across processes, applications, and integration points.
• Translate business requirements into coherent, scalable, and integrated SAP solution designs.
• Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and architecture leads.
• Shape cross-functional design decisions across SAP domains including procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, master data, reporting, and integration.
• Provide architectural direction throughout design, build, test, and deployment, including review and assurance of Solution Design Documents and functional specifications.
• Identify design risks, integration dependencies, and process gaps, and drive resolution of complex design issues.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

The skills you'll need:

• Strong experience as an SAP Solution Architect within SAP transformation or implementation programmes.
• Broad understanding of SAP processes and integration across the enterprise.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end SAP solutions across multiple functional and technical areas.
• Experience leading design workshops and aligning senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration, master data, process controls, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
