Dynamics Engineer

Cardiff (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

£50,000 - £60,000

This role sits within a digital solutions team focused on delivering business-critical systems using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You'll own features end to end, from requirements and design through to build and release. It's a delivery-focused role with strong stakeholder interaction and exposure to AI-enabled development practices.

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of features across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Work directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and technical designs.
• Build and configure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dynamics.
• Develop custom components using C# and JavaScript where required.
• Produce clear technical documentation and maintainable solutions.
• Use AI tools to improve build quality, speed and delivery practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to read and write code within a Dynamics environment.
• Confident stakeholder communication skills.
• An AI-first mindset and interest in modern delivery approaches.
