On behalf of HSE, we are looking for a Digital Dynamics Delivery Manager (Inside IR35) for a until 30/04/2027 contract based Hybrid in the Liverpool office.

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Digital Dynamics Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
. Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use and recognise when something does not work.
. Listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them, whilst managing their expectations.
. Report on financial delivery and monitor costs and budget, knowing when to escalate issues.
. Recognise when to move from one stage of the product life cycle to another and ensure the team is working towards the appropriate service standards.
. Manage the pace and tempo of the team and address internal and external risks, issues and dependencies.
. Identify and challenge organisational processes of increasing complexity and those that are unnecessarily complicated.
. Prioritise the most important or highest value tasks and remove blockers or impediments that affect plans and can develop a plan for difficult situations.
Essential:
. Must have Web applications experience
. Experience working within Dynamics365
Desirable:
. Previous public sector experience
