Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a capable Solution Architect with strong experience across public cloud, system integration and web application architecture. They will be comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, able to explain complex architectural decisions clearly, and focused on designing practical solutions that can be delivered effectively. They will bring a collaborative approach, sound technical judgement and the ability to balance strategic architecture direction with delivery realities. Working arrangements
