What are you looking for in terms of previous experience / skillsThe successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at senior leadership level.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, balancing appropriate risk-taking with timely escalation where required.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands.
