Key Responsibilities Aftermarket Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute the after sales strategy across upgrades, retrofits, spares, and service agreements Upgrades & Modernisation Identify opportunities to upgrade:
Service Contracts & Lifecycle Management Develop, sell, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and planned maintenance contracts Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and performance Spares & Parts Sales Drive growth in spares and consumables revenue Critical spares holding recommendations Obsolescence management Customer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with:
Procurement and asset owners CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of: Opportunities, Contracts & Installed Base Data Pipeline, forecast & performance reporting Candidate Profile Experience Previous or related experience in aftermarket / service sales within: Combustion systems Boilers, burners, or thermal plant Industrial heating or process equipment Demonstrated success in selling:
