We deliver design and development, application engineering, prototype manufacture, repair and consultancy at any stage in the life-cycle of a system or product. We design, manufacture and supply a range of products for the needs of the world-wide railway signalling, telecommunications and industrial control system industry. As a signalling consultancy, we are unique in the product knowledge that we hold. This know-how is current, relevant and easily transferable to all types of fail-safe control systems and products. We are now recruiting for a Hardware Team Leader to lead the hardware team by ensuring hardware technical compliance, and serving as the primary interface coordinator for hardware engineering projects. They ensure that work output is delivered across multiple projects and product lines to meet customer requirements and support the growth of the business. You will use use operational experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, to schedule, cost, quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities of the role include:
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline or STEM subject and have previous experience in managing engineering teams to deliver to agreed time, cost and quality requirements. A qualification in Project Management is also desirable. You will ideally be a Chartered Engineer or currently working towards Chartership.
