Microsoft Office 365 MDM Engineer required to join a UK leading brand in Manchester, UK
Excellent rates, long term engagement, 100% onsite
Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
Manage incidents, requests, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
Deliver project work and collaborate with project managers.
Produce technical documentation and configuration guides.
Lead or support infrastructure and endpoint management projects.
Share technical expertise across multiple client environments.
Skills & Experience
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
Microsoft Azure/Entra ID
End-user desktop and endpoint support
Mobile device management (Android, iOS, Blackberry UEM)
Microsoft Teams and collaboration technologies
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Only open to candidates who can be 100% onsite in Manchester.
