Key Skills
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including - Performance, LMS, Compensation or Recruitment
Proven experience working closely with clients to identify HR challenges, analyse requirements and deliver effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide and support other SuccessFactors consultants.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data replication to SAP systems preferred.
