Location: Manchester
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 40 hours per week

*Urgent 6 Month Contract*

This is a *Manchester* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Mapping learning content to key skills and supporting the annual learning curriculum.*

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead knowledge management across its Learning & Development function. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving learning content, knowledge repositories, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support continuous learning across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the L&D knowledge management strategy.
• Manage and maintain learning platforms and knowledge repositories.
• Map learning content to key skills and support the annual learning curriculum.
• Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, training, and collaboration.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and curate learning content.
• Monitor engagement and performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, L&D, and the wider business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, knowledge management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing learning content and knowledge platforms such as ServiceNow, Slack, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience using Generative AI to support learning content.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within a large, multinational organisation is desirable.

Additional Information

• Occasional travel to the client's offices may be required.
