Freelance Senior Account Manager

Location: London (1-2 days per week in-office)

Day Rate: Up to 300 per day

We're working with an established B2B marketing agency that partners with clients across regulated industries and is looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to join the team on a one-month contract to provide cover during a busy period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced agency-side account handler who can hit the ground running, manage multiple projects, and build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

As Senior Account Manager, you'll act as a key day-to-day contact across a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

You'll work closely with strategy, creative, content, and delivery teams to coordinate activity, manage timelines, and provide ongoing support across a range of integrated marketing initiatives.

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients across multiple accounts.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Lead client communications, meetings, and status updates.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues proactively.
• Assist with reporting, administration, and project documentation where required.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a marketing, communications, creative, or integrated agency.
• Strong background working with B2B clients.
• Experience across regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, fintech, professional services, or similar would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
• Able to quickly integrate into an existing team and make an immediate impact.
• Available to start at short notice.
