About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own the customer journey after implementation, working closely with customers to help them adopt the platform, achieve their goals and get maximum value from their investment.

You'll become a trusted point of contact, supporting customers throughout their lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring they have an excellent experience from onboarding through to renewal.

Whether you're already working in Customer Success or have experience managing client relationships in a SaaS environment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support customers through onboarding and ensure they get off to a great start.

• Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor.

• Help customers make the most of the platform through regular check-ins and best practice guidance.

• Run customer reviews to understand goals, celebrate success and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor customer engagement and proactively support customers who may need additional help.

• Work closely with Sales, Product and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of the platform where appropriate.

• Share customer feedback to help shape future product improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or another customer-facing role.

• Ideally some experience working with a SaaS or software-based product.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive approach with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

• Well organised and comfortable managing multiple customer relationships.

• Confidence learning new technology and systems.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with different teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to information security, compliance or governance.

• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
