Description:

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships with customers and want to join a business where you'll genuinely develop your technical skills, this is worth a look.

This is a 1st Line Support Technician opportunity with a growing managed cloud services provider that supports SMEs across a wide range of Microsoft technologies. The business has built a reputation for delivering responsive, personable support and is continuing to invest in its people as it grows.

You'll be the first person customers speak to when they need help, taking ownership of support requests from start to finish rather than simply logging tickets and passing them on. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn new technologies and have clear opportunities to progress your career within the business.
