| Description: | As a Senior Business Analyst, your role is critical to supporting Thames' progress towards achieving business area goals and desired outcomes and you will bring your experience of working with complex business problems & projects to drive this. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of Thames Water's digital transformation, leading analysis on complex, high-profile initiatives that deliver real benefits to our customers, communities and the environment. You'll influence senior stakeholders, shape strategic decisions, mentor other analysts, and play a key role in building the future of Business Analysis within the organisation.
