Are you a Business Analyst or Product Owner with strong mortgage experience looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence a major technology implementation?

We re working with an innovative FinTech organisation that is embarking on a significant new programme focused on mortgage origination and servicing. They re looking for a Mortgage SME / Business Analyst / Product Owner to take a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing FinTech business and become the key mortgage subject matter expert, working closely with internal stakeholders and a specialist third-party implementation partner.

What will you be doing? You ll sit at the heart of the programme, ensuring the implementation delivers the right outcomes for the business and its customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the Mortgage SME across the implementation programme.
  • Leading Business Analysis and Product Ownership activities across mortgage origination and servicing.
  • Working closely with a 3rd party technology/vendor partner responsible for the implementation.
  • Gathering, defining and translating complex business requirements into clear product and functional requirements.
  • Working with stakeholders across business, product and technology teams to define priorities and deliverables.
  • Reviewing and challenging vendor solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Supporting UAT, testing, implementation and go-live activities.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout the programme.
  • Ensuring the successful transition from implementation into business-as-usual operations.
What are we looking for? We re keen to speak with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers or Mortgage SMEs who have:
  • Strong mortgage industry / financial services experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing.
  • Experience working on technology implementation or transformation programmes.
  • Strong Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership experience.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
Mambu experience would be a huge advantage, particularly if you have worked with Mambu within a mortgage, lending or financial services environment.
