| Description: | JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Practice. This is a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent role based at our Oldham office, with hybrid working that combines office-based days for collaboration with the flexibility of working from home. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and delivering business change across our organisation. Working on a diverse portfolio of projects, you will own end-to-end business analysis activities, helping to define innovative solutions, improve business processes, and deliver measurable benefits. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners to ensure business needs are fully understood and translated into successful outcomes. What we are looking for We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about driving improvement and delivering successful change. You will have a proven ability to take projects from initial discovery through to operational acceptance, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and managed throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will be comfortable working across waterfall, iterative and agile environments, using your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support evidence-based decision-making.
