Compliance Analyst

12 months contract, London hybrid, £250-£300/day Inside IR35

I am recruiting for a Compliance Analyst, that is required for the internal Risk & Compliance function of a large international professional-services organisation.

Important: this is NOT a banking AML/KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction-monitoring, remediation or financial-crime investigations role. If your background is not broad and focused purely in this area then please do not apply, as you will not be considered.

We are looking for someone with broad internal corporate compliance experience, including:

• AML, anti-bribery and corruption and sanctions
• Insider trading/market abuse
• Ethics and employee conduct
• New-hire and contractor compliance
• Conflicts, declarations and outside interests
• Gifts and hospitality
• Policies and internal compliance queries
• Investigations and monitoring
• Compliance registers, trackers and action follow-up

Required experience for the Compliance Analyst role:

• Typically 3-5 years plus' relevant internal compliance experience.
• Broader corporate compliance exposure.
• Experience supporting employees, contractors, new hires or senior appointments.
• Professional-services, consultancy, legal, accountancy, pharma etc experience preferred.
• Alternatively, experience within a large international/matrixed organisation.
• Comfortable with both substantive compliance work and detailed administration.
