| Description: | IT & Infrastructure Lead Location: Melton, East Yorkshire Salary: Up to £55,000 Permanent Site-based We re recruiting an IT & Infrastructure Lead for an established and growing operational business based in Melton, East Yorkshire. This is a newly defined, site-based role offering genuine ownership of the local IT environment. You ll become the key technical point of contact on site, working closely with an established managed service provider and wider Group IT teams to ensure infrastructure, systems and end-user technology remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose. It would suit an experienced Infrastructure Engineer, Senior IT Engineer, Site IT Lead or Infrastructure Lead who enjoys being hands-on but is ready for greater ownership and autonomy. The role You ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and ongoing improvement of the site's IT infrastructure, including:

What we're looking for We re interested in people with a strong background in IT infrastructure and networking, ideally gained within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics, processing, energy or similarly operational environment. More important is the ability to understand a broad technology environment, take ownership of problems and work effectively with both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
