Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking an ambitious B2B sales professional to drive regional expansion across the Midlands and Coventry. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of winning high-value service contracts, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, and closing profitable new business.

Your Day-to-Day

• Drive Regional Growth: Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the Midlands.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct client site visits to assess needs, scope tailored solutions, and present proposals.
• Close Key Contracts: Lead tender responses, handle commercial negotiations, and secure long-term deals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain precise CRM tracking and deliver reliable revenue forecasts.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales (selling contracted services or solutions).
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing models, profit margins, and contract values.
• Confidence presenting and pitching to senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated approach paired with strong CRM discipline.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regionally.
