Commercial Strategy & Propositions Director

We are retained on a high-impact search for a Commercial Strategy & Propositions Director to join a growing business in the telecoms sector.

This is a senior leadership appointment for an outstanding commercial operator with the credibility, strategic depth and market understanding to shape proposition strategy and deliver measurable growth. The mandate is clear: drive commercial performance across the full proposition portfolio, working hand in hand with sales and marketing to increase ARPU, grow the customer base and reduce churn.

The successful candidate must have telecoms experience and will bring a proven track record of turning commercial strategy into tangible results.

The opportunity:
Reporting into the executive leadership team, this role will take ownership of commercial strategy and propositions across a dynamic, customer-led business.

You will be responsible for defining and optimising proposition strategy, pricing, packaging and market positioning, ensuring the business is set up to win in a competitive environment. Just as importantly, you will work closely with sales and marketing to make sure strategy translates into stronger acquisition, improved retention and sustainable revenue growth.

-Lead the commercial strategy and proposition agenda across the full portfolio.

-Shape proposition development, pricing and packaging to improve market competitiveness and commercial return.

-Influence senior stakeholders across the business to align commercial priorities and execution.
-Build a clear, insight-led approach to proposition lifecycle management and revenue optimisation.
-Ensure commercial initiatives are targeted, measurable and tied to business growth objectives.
