We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Alert & ITIL Event Manager to support a critical secure customer environment. Working closely with both customer stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in monitoring infrastructure, managing events and incidents, and ensuring service continuity across operational networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live IT infrastructure and manage alerts, events and incidents.
• Raise, investigate and escalate incidents to relevant resolver groups.
• Configure and optimise event monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement of event management processes and best practices.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders, service teams and operations staff.

Essential Skills

• Strong ITIL Event Management and Incident Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as:
  
  • SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NTA, VMAN)
  • BMC TrueSight / Discovery
  • SCOM
  • Riverbed NetIM
  • WhatsUp Gold
  • Tanium
  • Tripwire
• Experience within NOC, Service Operations or Infrastructure Monitoring environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
