Description: Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Analyst to join their Workforce Analytics team based on a remote basis.

  • LOCATION: Remote but must reside in Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee or Texas.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Collaborate with leaders in HR, finance, technology, and business to comprehend workforce issues and convert them into data and reporting requirements.
  • Utilizing statistical models and sophisticated analytics, lead intricate workforce analyzes to evaluate important HR indicators, predict trends, and assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Complete workforce reporting and analytics solutions, from scoping and consultation to requirement definition, build, validation, and delivery.
  • Create appealing, understandable narratives based on data results to inform strategic decision-making.
    Lead quality initiatives, validate analysis, and uphold strict precision standards to guaranty data integrity.
  • Find ways to improve reporting and data systems while collaborating closely with technology and other stakeholders.
  • Analysts should be mentored and given technical advice.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
  • More than five years of expertise in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar field.
  • Workforce and people analytics experience is highly valued; knowledge of HR/HCM data structures is necessary.
  • More than two years of practical experience designing and developing HCM reports and dashboards; Oracle HCM knowledge is highly recommended.
  • Experience with forecasting methods, workforce analytics approaches, and statistical models.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization programs (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Outstanding narrative and communication skills, as well as a track record of converting data insights into suggestions that senior leaders can implement.
