SC Scrum Master
Location: London Duration: 3 months + UMBRELLA only Additional information:
Existing Security Clearance (SC) is required, or you must be willing to go through SC). Hiring for a reputed client, this is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams perform at their best-through clear Agile ways of working, strong facilitation, and practical problem-solving. What you'll be doing:
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the project
Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals
Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities
Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery
Monitor and report on sprint progress (including velocity, burndown, delivery metrics, and sprint reports)
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders
Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions
Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (e.g. Jira dashboards/reports)
Drive continuous improvement by turning retrospective learnings into actionable changes What you'll bring:
Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to improve performance
Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ADO Board
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities
