What would you do if you had the opportunity to reshape the technology landscape of an entire healthtech organisation?

Not just deliver another technology programme, but lead a major platform consolidation and systems migration, while helping define how AI will transform the way the organisation operates.

I'm supporting a rapidly evolving healthtech organisation entering an exciting phase of transformation, and they're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to help lead the journey.

You'll work closely with the CTO/Director of Strategy, translating their ambitious technology and AI vision into a clear, executable programme.

At the heart of the programme is a significant platform consolidation and system migration.

The organisation is looking to simplify and modernise its technology landscape, reduce fragmentation, improve data flows and create a more connected technology ecosystem.

But this isn't simply a migration programme.

It's an opportunity to rethink how technology, people, processes and AI work together.

You'll be working across:

• Platform consolidation & system migration
• Technology modernisation & integration
• Agentic AI & intelligent workflows
• Digital & business transformation
• AI governance
• Target Operating Model transformation
• Service design & customer experience

You'll bring these workstreams together into a coherent roadmap, ensuring complex technology change delivers meaningful business outcomes.

You'll work directly with an ambitious CTO/Director of Strategy, with the opportunity to:

• Lead complex migration and consolidation activity
• Shape the future technology landscape and operating model
• Influence major technology decisions
• Build high-performing delivery teams
• Help embed AI into the organisation
• Create the foundations for an AI-first business

We're looking for a Programme Manager with experience delivering complex technology transformation - particularly system migration, platform consolidation, integration or large-scale technology change.

Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation or worked for an AI-enabled healthtech company would be a strong advantage.

12-month initial contract
Hybrid - approximately 1 day per week onsite
Outside IR35
