Global Infor System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Global Infor System Administrator to take ownership of a global Infor CloudSuite A&D ERP platform within a leading international manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the global Infor ERP environment.
• Lead the Infor Centre of Competence and coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Manage system support, upgrades, releases, configuration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee integrations, security, performance and system governance.
• Develop the Infor roadmap in line with business and digital transformation objectives.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders and service-level agreements.
• Support future deployments, enhancements and business transformation projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Infor ERP / Infor CloudSuite.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Infor administration, configuration and integrations.
• Experience with ERP governance, IT service management and change/release management.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
