Exalto Consulting is partnering with a well-established international organisation seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join their growing technology team. This is an opportunity for a hands-on security professional who enjoys solving problems, designing practical solutions, and taking ownership of projects from initial requirements through to implementation and ongoing support. The organisation is investing heavily in its security capabilities and Microsoft technology estate, with several key initiatives planned across Azure and Microsoft 365. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping shape and deliver these programmes while supporting the wider security function. Working closely with technology, infrastructure, architecture and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for assessing security requirements, identifying appropriate solutions, developing implementation plans, and ensuring successful delivery through to go-live and beyond. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and is comfortable taking ownership of security initiatives from concept to completion.
