Here at GXO, we're looking for an Automation Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at a cutting-edge distribution operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of a highly automated warehouse environment, supporting a range of technologies including conveyors, sortation equipment, and automated handling systems. Working closely with operational and support teams, you'll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance activities, fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that keep the operation moving. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer who enjoys working in a complex, fast-moving environment and is committed to safety, quality, and engineering excellence. This is a full time, permanent position working in the Panama shift of 2-2-3 or 2-3-2 schedule from 07:00 to 19:00 Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £51,000.00 per annum, and 24 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
