Rate: Competitive Daily Rate

Working Pattern: Full Time

My client is looking for an experienced 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their IT department. This is a hands-on support role, providing technical assistance to users while helping to maintain and support the organisation's IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software and network-related issues
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and corporate devices
• Support user on-boarding and off-boarding, including account setup, identity management and hardware preparation
• Troubleshoot workplace technologies, with a strong focus on:
• Active Directory
• Exchange
• Windows
• Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Provide basic networking support and troubleshooting
• Provide IT support to both office-based and remote users
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider IT team

About You

You will have previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role, with strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, user-focused approach. Experience supporting Microsoft-based workplace environments is essential.
