Senior IT Commercial/Sourcing Lead
Rate: £450 per day Outside IR35
Duration: 9-12 months
Location: London - 1-2 days per week on site

We are looking for an experienced IT Commercial/Sourcing Lead to support a major IT outsourcing re-procurement and supplier transition programme.

You will lead the commercial workstream from sourcing strategy and market engagement through to contract award and transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and commercial strategy for outsourced IT services.
• Manage RFI/ITT activity, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.
• Develop contract schedules covering SLAs, KPIs, service credits, pricing, benchmarking and exit.
• Support the incumbent supplier exit and transition to the new provider.
• Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, technology and senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, business case and contract mobilisation activity.

• Strong experience leading IT outsourcing or managed services re-procurements.
• Experience managing supplier transition and contract exit.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and relevant frameworks.
• Experience developing and negotiating complex IT service contracts.
• Comfortable working at senior stakeholder level while remaining hands-on.
• NHS or wider public sector experience would be highly desirable.
• SIAM/multi-supplier experience would be beneficial.
