Business Development Manager

UK Wide Remote / Field Based
Salary: Up to 65,000 + Uncapped Commission & Benefits

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing, family-run business within the waste management and recycling sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building customer relationships and developing long-term commercial opportunities across the UK.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own diary and territory, with an uncapped commission scheme that rewards performance.

• Generate and win new business across the UK
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Visit customer sites and understand their requirements
• Provide tailored recycling and collection solutions
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract win
• Work with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

• Experience in Business Development or Field Sales
• Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal or related industry experience desirable
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially driven and confident with customers
• Existing industry contacts advantageous
• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Salary up to 65,000
