Experience in Business Analysis, Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
Hands-on experience with UiPath (including modern capabilities such as Agentic Automation, AI Center, Maestro, Document Understanding, and Orchestrator).
Experience delivering GenAI-enabled solutions, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted business processes.
Exposure to Agentic AI/AI Agents or autonomous workflow solutions.
Python scripting knowledge is highly desirable for AI integrations, automation, and custom components.
Strong experience in process discovery, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, Visio, automation opportunity assessment, and feasibility analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management with experience working directly with senior business leaders.
Ability to gather business requirements and produce BRDs, PDDs, user stories, functional specifications, test scenarios, and UAT documentation.
Experience managing multiple IA projects from discovery through implementation and benefits realization.
Strong understanding of change management, user training, and solution adoption.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
