What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can work independently, take ownership and hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have experience in: Leading or providing technical direction to software engineering teams. Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level engineers. Designing systems with scalability, resilience, availability and security in mind. Reviewing and challenging technical designs. Troubleshooting complex production and infrastructure problems. Working within Agile delivery environments. Establishing and promoting engineering standards and best practice. Working with multiple stakeholders and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
