Description

• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
• Manage system updates, patches and routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure data security and backup protocols are consistently followed.
• Assist in the configuration and installation of hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate records of system changes and user support requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide solutions.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and system improvements.

Profile

A successful IS Systems Administrator should have:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with system updates, maintenance and data security practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with users and other departments.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay 14.21 per hour plus Holiday pay,
