| Description: | Quality Assurance & Test (QAT) Analyst Salary: £51,400 £68,800 We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Test (QAT) Analyst to help shape and improve quality assurance and testing practices across a complex technology environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a QA professional to support the adoption of modern quality engineering practices, including test automation, AI-enabled testing, shift-left approaches and continuous improvement. Working across multiple delivery teams, you will help ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development and delivery lifecycle. You will work on systems and services where reliability, security and quality are critical, helping teams reduce risk and deliver better outcomes. About the TeamAs a QAT Analyst, you will work as part of a central quality assurance and testing function, providing expertise, guidance and assurance across multiple technology delivery teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Solution Teams and third-party delivery partners. Acting as a trusted advisor on quality, you will help teams adopt consistent testing practices, improve test coverage and ensure appropriate quality standards are maintained. You will play an important role in translating QA strategy into practical delivery activities across both project and business-as-usual environments. Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role, with the successful candidate typically expected to spend approximately % of their working time in the Cambridge office to support collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
