| Description: | About this Role This Head of Commercial position offers an executive leadership opportunity to take primary ownership of commercial governance, contract profitability, and client-facing negotiations for a rapidly expanding telecom infrastructure business. Based near Worcester/Kidderminster, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take strategic weight off Project Directors by driving margin optimisation and commercial discipline.
About You You are an assertive, highly commercial leader with the confidence and authority to challenge both internal operational teams and major client organizations. You bring a strong track record of protecting margins, managing contract change control, and driving financial performance in high-volume infrastructure environments.
